The Final Countdown to Exams ... Release of Pentup Anger

Sept 30. In Exactly 1 months time ... I will be up against the 3 evils of RMIT Uni. The 1st and the most daunting "monster" would be Introductory Accounting.

I somehow got lost in outer space after the 6th week , where the lecturer taught Debit & Credit . And from then on .. I drifted in and out of Space .. blur like a sotong... But I guess I die die must read the textbook to understand . Whats not helping is my recent Accts test .. which I got NN ( Nin Nia-eh , Fail ). Juz Please let me Pass or Get a Credit for my Accts in final .. Please Please !!!

2nd "Monster" would be MacroEconomics. Amazingly , I got a High Distinction (HD) for the recent MacroEcons test .. but i tink its No big deal as almost everyone had at least a Distinction. So it was juz a matter of Few marks. I believe the Final Exams would be the crunch factor in deciding whether I am really a HD student for MacroEcons.

3rd and Final Monster to Kill would be Principles of Marketing ... Loads of definitions and graphs to memorise ... and very Chim general Essay Questions to Answer ... They are talking abt Holistic Marking ---meaning you write as much VALID points as you can , Elaborate , and they will mark you as a Whole Question. So basically , Bullshitting is the way to Go ....

Today (friday) was another stressful day in school. Compilation of our Project is still @ a snail's pace , The Deadline is drawing near .. and we can still have Fucking Idiots who Leave School early .. for personal Reasons ..without caring two hoots abt the project discussions. Yes .. the bimbotic bitch again ... Stupid gal went to approach her "Copywriter" fren to vet through our Project WHEN IT ISNT EVEN 50% DONE YET ... This only shows how stupid and shallow she is , not considering the consequences before executing ( Well thats her .. TO ME , She is Domineering & thinks nothing of the rest of the world , as compared to HER WORLD in Which she resides in .. With all the high-society & the higher-classed Maggots that she so claims to be part of ) ..

1. Project isnt Completed .... Why Approach others to vet for you ?Wun it make the group look unprofessional?
2. This project isnt yours and yours alone .. Why Didnt you seek your group members opinion before you even decide on any action? You are juz self-centred and want things your way ... JUZ LIKE EVERYTIME YOU TELL US , IF it Were YOu , YOu Wouldnt wanna buy/ Go .....Fuck You.. YOu are Not our Target Market!
3. Fuck you and your Selfishness ... it isnt the first time you leave your group members to clear your shit for you while you leave classes early for your own reasons. Worse Still , You throw your belongings to your friends to look after for you and Carry it for you while you merrily enjoy your time with friends DURING LECTURE HOURS .

Met up with Sunshine , WeeWee & Shawna for supper juz not long ago ... Went shopping with the 3 girls before we went for Supper @ HONGKONG CAFE , CINELEISURE . Good Food , 24hours on standby juz for you ...even spotted Stefanie Sun few weeks back !

Caught up with Shawna & WeeWee on our workplace ... and also updates on recent happenings ... lol .. the 3 girls never fail to make me laugh .. or issit me who never fail to make the 3 girls laugh .... @ my lame jokes or silly anecdotes ..?

I really enjoyed this week for my love Life ... Spent a lovely evening with my SunShine for our 1st anniversary .. Another evening with SunShine & some of my buddies for my Birthday dinner ... and today another day with sunShine & Colleagues ... To me ... Loved ones & Friends are really the people who keep and prevent you from Going InSane

Went to Sakura Orchard Last night .. to celebrate with SunShine , Angel , CK , JR , Joanne & Phil .. ( all thanks to Sunshine who made the efforts to coordinate ...)

Interesting "Present" for the day was Jinrong's ... he brought his love to meet up with us ! OOo So finally we get to meet Joanne as JR's OFFICIAL gf ... keke ..actually I already known Joanne since my DXO(boring) days... but still am surprised when I first heard they were an item.

Sakura 's Food last night was really Sucky ... NO BABY OCTOPUS ( had to complain to the Manager before he personally brought out some for me , as he said it wasnt on the menu that day.What?? Baby Octopus is basic Jap food leh , but the manager's service was good ) .. Also HAD to "BEG" the waiter always , for Salmon Sashimi .. which we ate like Cats to fish .. The Salmon Sashimi tray was ALWAYS EMPTY > I got sick of asking the waiter to refill ..and HE HAD THE CHEEK TO ASK ME HOW MUCH I WANNA TAKE . >. I told him you put how much , i take how much.

HE REALLY PUT 1 stack. I Take. He Put again , I Clear Again. Nia eh .. Very Fun Hor ? I Got fedup ..I cleared the bloody tray.

MISSING IN ACTION - Camera Shy Phillip decided to roam Sakura while we were having the cake cutting .. I dun wanna miss him out of the photos ... So there we Go ....

28th Sept -- Went for Projects in the afternoon @ Millenia Walk ... WE ARE STILL SORTING OUT DETAILS ... when the deadline is next tuesday ... I can only pray we are able to sort ourselves out before the D-DAY.

Went Bowling with Kokfai , Raquel & Rae @ Marina Square ... Was Really Fun ! Lots of Jokes , display of Skills ( Rae ) ... and a friendly Challenge between KokFai & myself ... On a dry streak , only managed 2 X Strikes X ... It was the curse of the 3 pins ... Always miss out on Spares by 1 pin ..

The heat was on as KokFai & I breathed down each other's Necks , @ the 9th Frame .. We were STILL ON PAR ... ( 91 points each!! Yeah ..lousy scores we both know ) ... Until the last frame , I got lucky with a Strike to seal the deal ... arbo One more "trophy" to KokFai the POOL KING.

Will never forget tonight ... 26th Sept 2006, one of those beautiful nights that passed by in a flash ... Brought Sunshine to Ma Maison , the much acclaimed restaurant recommended by Sharon ... Nice ambience , Nice Food , Nice music ... MY VERDICT : Yeah .. Good place , Good music , Good Ambience & Not so bad Food .

Starters : Beef Tataki ~~ ( Raw Beef Sashimi )

-- First taste was raw beef .. but upon further chewing ..hmm .. yummy sweet juicy and succulent beef slices . Added abit of Tabasco Sauce to give it a kick .Nice . Added some black pepper to the raw beef slices ..Aww ..The ground Pepper brought out the natural flavours of the meat .
Personally , 4 out of 5 Stars ...

SunShine's 1st dish : Gratin with Scallops & Prawns ...

In Sunshine's words , it was terrible ... Not Cheesy enough and quite watery ... Only the 2 prawns were fresh n nice .. we ate the prawns , Sunshine grumble and grumble , I didnt wanna spoil her meal ... asked the waitress over ... The waitress agreed that it wasnt supposed to be watery , Offered to waive this order , and asked Sunshine to make a new order .
Gratin with Prawns & Scallop ... 3 out of 5 stars . Waitress Service : 4 out of 5 stars .

My dish : Tonkatsu Set with Miso Soup , Pickles , Salad.

The Pork Cutlet was crispy and thick ( worth it , but abit too thick to bite off ) + BBQ sauce that you can add on your own .. The Salad was Good and the salad Dressing was unique ..Potato Salad was average . Miso Soup was the best Miso Soup i ever had . Lots of Ingredients like chicken meat , beancurd slices , and some jellythingy...Tonkatsu Set --- 4 out of 5 Stars

SunShine's replacement dish came ~~ Assorted Seafood .

Verdict : Power !! Fresh prawns , fresh Fish , OMG FRESH SCALLOPS !! My favourite !!4 out of 5 Stars !!!

Ma Maison is located @ Parco Bugis Junction Level 2 .. Above the Arcade ... Nice Food .. Super nice ambience + Good music + Dim lighting .. perfect place to enjoy a nice dinner with loved ones .. One of my really nice experiences @ a nice cozy restaurant ... We enjoyed the long time spent (1.5 hours) ... the food..And pricing was really quite reasonable ..for such great ambience and fresh food & friendly people

We were lucky to catch the last flight for the day ... 40 Storeys high ... 360 Degree view of City area ... Fantastic Sight to behold ... And everyone is quiet onboard ... juz admiring the view ....

1 Year ago , on this very day .. I remembered the sweetest feeling on earth ..

I asked/ tricked her out to Toa Payoh , on the pretence of asking her to help me carry some Stuff , before we proceed to meet up with friends ..

Ended up presenting her with a bouquet of 20 ( supposed to be 21 roses , kena cheated 1 ) roses ... as a promise to her , for missing out on the previous prezzie .. hehe

Went to meet up with JR , & Angel , I remembered Angel was intending to give me a little birthday Cake as a surprise ( but happily smsed me accidentally , to arrange the surprise ) ... hahah

That night was sweet , took lots of nice photos with her .. and of course with my friends ... I remembered We went to dbl O ..danced like always , Happy as always ... before sending her home ...

THE "BIGGEST" PRESENT I EVER RECEIVED THAT NIGHT .... literally , was her hand , her love and her trust in me ...The present that I waited and yearned so long for ...

I will never forget that very night ... I love you Sunshine ...

A series of weird dreams ....

People say you cant go to bed full .. for you will get weird dreams and nightmares ... Hmmz how true .. Went for supper with Sunshine and Shawna after fetching the girls off work .

Went for Sushi again ... yes sushi again , as Sunshine had a craving for sushi .. Ate abt 08-10 plates of sushi by myself + a Chawanmushi & Salmon Sashimi ... totally bloated ..

Dream 01 : Remembered that it was a recurring dream , one that always comes back ... In the dream , as usual , i dreamt that one of my front teeth was loose . And So i pull it out with my fingers. And i felt it was stupid , So i tried to slot the tooth back in. Then i realised more teeth were getting loose .. So the more teeth I extracted , more teeth became loose . I ended up with my bottom row totally bare , with only gums with big gaping holes. I woke up in horror . Shit man ... Luckily my nice teeth ( many people praise me for a nice set of teeth) were still in place .

Dream 02 : I remembered I was on the MRT with a female colleague , suddenly She juz leaned on my shoulder & kissed me on the lips.... Woah .. surprise surprise ... Coz I DO NOT have the HOTS for this colleague , although she is quite pretty .. THEN I woke up for awhile ..before dozing off again. The MRT train scene came back ... suddenly it changed to SunShine. Ahhh .. this is better .. keke ... Sunshine laid on my lap , and we juz chatted on the train and Muackzz ... **** RING !!!!! Oh Fuck .. my hp's alarm clock woke me up ....

Dream 03 : This is also a recurring dream .... I often dream that I am in my Favourite place in Hongkong ... Its a street beside Ladies Street ( Nu Ren Jie ) ... I call it the Guns street ... Coz almost every shop in that street sells Airsoft Guns !!!

In the dream ... in an eerie twist of events .. I am always alone on the streets ... I look @ all the guns in the glass displays .. but it seems I am always stuck there ... No One else ... No other Hongkongers @ all . I tell you , in real life , the shops are always crowded with kids & adults alike , eager to buy the latest models available ...But in the dream , I was sort of lost , with no way out .. destined to roam the streets looking @ these model guns forever ... Wah eerie ....

Was going to Bugis to fetch Sunshine when i noticed something sorely missing & I felt an awkward sense of Discomfort ..... I knew it ! I felt Unsafe ... Because i didnt See any Policemen standing around.. NOT even one !!

During the IMF period .. Police Presence was everywhere ... Practically every major MRT station had 2 or more policemen ... Bishan even had 3 busloads of the Special Operations Command Police Tactical Units patrolling with groups of 5 walking around with their MP5s ..

But now ?? Not even 1 cop in blue ... Not in Bishan MRT when i went over ... and also Not in Bugis MRT Station ... Sianz .. feel so safe with the policemen around , and it feels good to see my "parents' Income Tax"patrolling around .. But now ... Gone ... I feel Unsafe once again ...

Credit Cash ... Credit Expenses , Credit MORE BUSFARE ...

Hmmz ... Had a filling dinner with Shizhen @ Sakae Sushi juz now ... jioed me for Sushi & Sashimi

$9 for 9 normal plates ( Normal price is $1.99 for 1 colour plate ) ... and only limited to the 1st 9 plates . From the 10th plate they charging normal price ...

The Food was ok ... SO Do a little Promo for them ... GO GRAB THE SUSHIs now because it ENDs 23rd September !!!!

The $9 for 9 was worth it ... but we ate 4 plates of SASHIMI ... Killed off the cheap deal ... Ended up paying $50.00++ ... Hmmz ... Looks like Sakura Buffet is a Cheaper deal for Sashimi Free Flow .


Was in School for Accounting for the morning part of the day , before spending a Good 2 hours discussing our Marketing Project again . Deadline is really drawing near ... and we seem to be like headless Houseflies .. Wanting abit of this , abit of that , with no firm plans in mind .

And what makes it worse is some person can be so self-centred ..Forever Declaring that If it were her , She wouldnt wanna buy/Go ... She thinks that she alone represents the target market. Fuck. No real solutions provided , only Yadda Yada Yada .. and more bitching on her branded high-society life .

Went out with Rae , Jennifer , KokFai & Raquel for lunch @ Clementi , Not really familiar with the place & food , ended up with lousy "Prawn Noodles" ... Played some Time Crisis 4 & Initial D before I took a LONG LONG bus ride home to Bishan ...

Juz watched the news ... SBS came up with this Seasonal Pass @ $98 per month .. to take SBS Buses for a flat rate .. Watched Minister Lim Boon Heng on Tv with his views on TV ... Said something like he hoped to See SBS Come up with a Family Pass ..for Families to take buses @ a Cheaper Rate ...

So SBS Seasonal Pass ... for SBS Buses ....ONLY . WOODLANDS People how ?? Yishun People How ? Choa Chu Kang People how ??? ALL DIE LAH !! hahah All under TIBs Bus control ... no "cheaper" rides !!! NEVER MIND ... COMPLAIN !! COMPLAIN TO THE PAP !! These wards are under PAP wards , TIME TO LET the PAP MPs DO SOME WORK !!

Why didnt the Minister Have the Farsightedness to identify this problem earlier ?? Was with wilson on MSN on this issue ... and was telling him that if LIM BOON HENG Saw this problem immediately .. and said for eg:

Public Transport Council tells us They DIVIDE THE TOTAL FARE REVENUE by the number of Trips Singaporeans make , to get the AVERAGE BUS & RAIL FARE we currently Pay for , Then use something called the PURCHASING POWER PARITY to adjust their fares according ...

As highlighted in the grey box , They stated Singaporeans average bus fare was $0.66 , MRT fare was $0.94 ... after adjustments , STILL $0.66 & $0.94 ..... while other countries had their fare hikes ..


$0.66 average fare ?? MY ARSE ... Like hell we commuters pay only $0.66 for bus rides .. for 2 bus-stops , they already charge $0.60 !! And I really dont see Commuters all alighting after 2 stops only .. So they pay MORE !! I do not believe that Singaporeans Pay $0.66 average bus fare only ...

And MRT rides cheapest fare ( single use ) is $0.80 already ?? and We have Got poor singaporeans travelling from Pasir Ris to Redhill , juz to work ...( My colleagues lor .. many of them East to West to work ... ) and YOU TELL ME $0.94 average ??Yeah Right .. its so unbelievable ...

Granted the Average fares are $0.66 & $0.94 ... After adjustment , you tell me its the same price ?? So you telling me you doing charity by not having any actual adjustments ??

I am convinced that Fuel price hikes will give them a legitimate reason to UP prices ... BUT RECENTLY OIL PRICES DROP !!! DiD we see the cabs & buses reducing charges ??

Been Searching through the Straits Times , TODAY paper , watched the 10PM news .. There were NO reports on CHEE SOOn JUAN & his protests ... saw only a small section on the STRAITS TIMES about him & his little standoff .

The Censorship & Blackout of CSJ & his little protests on local newspapers & TV is a definite Sign that THERE ARE FORCES controlling our media , deciding On Our Behalves what we Singaporeans should know or should not know ..

This only goes to show in a way that CSJ's point is proven right , of having his views censored / blacked out .. My point is : CSJ did a great job of creating awareness for his cause , all the marketing & advertising were properly done ( Ah .. marketing concepts ) .. So Singaporeans have the right to See and judge for themselves rite ... @ least show us on TV what is happening @ Hong Lim Park , So that we Singaporeans know that there is Someone there trying VERY VERY HARD to fight for " our SINGAPOREANS' FREEDOM OF SPEECH ?!!"

Anyway , Had a Good day @ School , Marketing lessons ended with us getting more stressed .. We needa read 200++ Pages of Notes juz to prepare for 30 True/False questions next week .. Abit Of An overkill, For 200 Pages , I rather we get a Written Test. So much effort for that pathetic 15%.

Marketing Project is killing us all , as all 7 of us seem helpless & lost ... and the deadline is fast chewing our asses ..

Went for Lunch @ Ngee Ann "AH LUM 9" ... The Cafe was so so , while the surroundings were great !!


This is the BOoOOtiful Pool that I immediately fell in love with .. It sits on a slope. from the top of the Slope .. you stand @ the water's edge , but you are not able to see the corner ( as you can see with the rocks in this pic )

So it means from the top of the slope .. U JUST SEE A POOL OF WATER .. a very beautiful Illusion created ... ..

Went for KTV with Kok Fai , Jennifer & Raquel @ Halo Bar juz beside the beautiful swimming pool . Halo Bar is a special Place for me , it is the place where I broke my PERSONAL RECORD ... 1 bottle X Chivas Regal by myself ..

Long Story Short , 8 people Opened 3 bottles oF Chivas , I was the Heng Heng One , to get to DRINK 1 bottle of Chivas + beer , Red Wine , Coke & Sprite all by myself ... My frens found me knocked out cold outside the gals' toilet .. and dragged me back home .. Pathetic ..

KTV was fun , sang with Kok Fai & Jennifer towards the end , where we tried out various duets and Oldies ..

A very Relaxing way to end a stressful day ..

Chee Soon Juan , Hero Or Zero ??

The IMF Conference is almost coming to an end . Some of my friends in the dark force says ..IMF= ITS MY FREEDOM !! , Some Says , Idiotic Mudda Fuackas .. burn their weekends and days guarding the shopping centre , or making them stay in the hot sun looking @ the passing traffic , guarding against the unknown terrorist ...

And Some Have A More Interesting Job ( at least to me ) .. as above , playing " guardian angels " to the little ones sitting on the pavement. For the benefit of the ill-informed , the people sitting on the ground are "freedom fighters" , "Heroes" , Martyrs as termed by some foreign journalists .. and they are None other than Chee Soon Juan & his few Supporters ..

Chee Soon Juan is seen/perceived by many in OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD , as a hero standing up against our "supposed Lack Of freedom of SPEECH" and civil rights , while in Singapore , he seems to be fighting against NO ONE ( to me , not many people bother?) , or maybe fighting for a lost cause .

I am against his kind of behaviour , from the Yelling @ Mr GOH *MR GOH WHERE IS OUR MONEY??** , to the Constant Criticism and badmouthing of Singapore Overseas , I get So pissed feeling that he is embarrassing us abroad , creating the impression that we Singaporeans are a bunch of "Hamchi" or "Ham-less" people ..oOOpz .. Mai Ham Mai Ham .. ( Dun Scared Dun Scared / No Oysters clams) .. Apparently we Singaporeans are more accustomed to the Gentleman way of using our mouths in a more gentle manner..

He also has scant regard for our Judicial System , Choosing to make a mockery out of our Law & Judges , as reported on the local Newspapers ( his disagreeing with the judgements passed and leaving the courtrooms ) . I do agree though , that Our Newspapers and media generally do ALOT OF CENSORSHIP on him .. *Arbo you would have already seen lots of Footage of Chee Sitting on the pavement , or making a big HoOHaa with the Policemen ..

To me , it would be more prudent of any opposition , to solve issues faced by the COMMON Singaporeans , Who are worrying abt jobs , foreign talent , bread butter issues , rather than HIS FREEDOM OF SPEECH.. By creating such a big Hulabaloo in public , he seems to be degrading his own image , reinforcing Singaporeans' Already negative impression of him.

I applaud him , for roughing it out in the Sun & rain.. But I see no real EFFECTS from his stunts , Freedom of Speech , Can it be gained through 4 days of protesting/Wayang? Can his Antics WIN OVER Singaporeans , who prefer to adopt the Wait & see Attitude ?

I Passed by Hong Lim on Sunday Night @ 2330+ , saw one whole bunch of Policemen surrounding Chee Soon Juan and his Merrymen , I can only shake my head , pity the Policemen on duty , who has to tolerate Chee's antics through the nite . Luckily the policemen rotate on shifts , or One cant imagine the scene if any of the cops blow his brains out ...

AS OF Tuesday , Chee Soon Juan has declared his protest as a small but resolute step towards FREEDOM OF SPEECH ...And he has promised on his webby that more "wayangs" will be planned ...

WHEN WILL SUCH WAYANG END ?

Ahh ... Finally .. Finally I have decided to do what was inevitable ... to pull myself out of Friendster blogs ... Away from abit of the "comfortzone" ... coz I used to be turned off by the idea of using HTML to "bootify" my blog .. and Personalise it into something that is uniquely XiaoMaGe ..

Converting to Blogspot seems the natural thing to do ... And best of all , I can choose who I want , to access my blog .. coz There are people in my Friendster List who Are NOT REALLY On THAT GOOD TERMS with me , but yet read my blog and poke their noses in ...
Poking their noses in is fine with me ... but Gossiping behind my back .. I will never tolerate . Well , its happened long time back before ... So this new blog stirs up the excitement in me quite a fair bit ...

Now , its time to be more hardworking to inform my friends who have been reading my blog entries ...
