Smooth Start to the Niu 牛 Year

Its been a smooth start to the 牛 year ..

Started off the 1st month with a mini worktrip to HK .. coupled with some Airsoft wargames that really kicked ass .. ( not mine of course) .. with 7 confirmed ( some godlike enemies didnt die) kills and 6000bbs expended ..

Up next was CNY 2009 .. very very smooth I must say .. won $340 overall .. and finally brought SunShine over to See my 101 year old grandma .. and held yet another successful annual hse opening for my NPCC buddies , close friends and Fucker4 and partners ..

Have been doing this since 2006 to provide a venue for everyone to gather, eat n have fun ( read: gamble). Honestly isnt easy when you have to scratch your head and wonder how to buy food and what to provide for 28 pax .. and thats only preparation.. The aftermath is always a headache after everyone leaves ..

But wat makes it worthwhile is the smile on everyone's faces n the fun and laughter for those few precious hours we share , to catch up on the previous year's Happenings.

The invitation list got bigger and But the exclusivity wasn't lost. Some lost their invitation rights ( Oh Yeah) while others got theirs this year and I wasnt kidding when I said seats were limited and I had to reject people. I can only say I only have limited capabilities and I am sorry if you werent invited .. If you were invited .. It wasnt an accident... and thank you for coming.

Spent sunday fooling around Clarke Quay since Sunshine was out of town .. went for Wargh!dogs team training .. Comms training with practical sessions around BQ and CQ .. ran around tracking targets and characters .. walked , ran and seeked up and low for the elusive targets .. to practise on our communication skills on the walkie talkies ..

Call us siao, crazy but it sure will come useful on the fields when we spot tangoes and do the proper comms to our team.. @ least @ Bukit Ramly ..

Ended the training with an interesting Lou Hei by the river ... yelled huat ah to our wishes of more gals joining us in woodsball ( Disappointed ? Hahah ) .. more headshots to our enemies .. cheaper paintballs and more powerful markers for our pickings... HUAT AH !

Damn We entertained the tourists for quite awhile.

Bad Food wastes $$$ and spoils the day ..

Ever looked forward to eating some nice food like Hokkien mee or Char Kway Teow .. and when it got served to you .. U look at it with disdain and when you taste it .. you simply feel like you are full and no longer wish to eat it ?

In my opinion .. such food are a waste of time, money and simply a waste of ingredients .. for what could have been a fantastic plate of Hokkien mee !

Just ate some hokkien mee that tasted bland .. and char kway teow that was totally disappointing.It really riled me to know from my auntie that it was some Ah Tiongs who cooked the Hokkien Mee and Char Kway Teow ..

BOYCOTT THE MILLION DOLLAR FISHBALL NOODLES STALL @ BISHAN ST 13 KIM SAN LENG !!!

Both local delicacies like the Hokkien Mee and Char Kway Teow have been desecrated like graves that have been robbed of their valuables ... with the damn bloody tiongs Ah 中 anyhow stirfrying the noodles like how they wash their underwear .. No proper condiments added .. then they anyhow dump the soup stock in to cook the hokkien prawn mee .. HOW THE FUCK YOU get good fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles ??

The only good Fried Hokkien Mees I ever tasted are @ Bukit Batok near J's place .. *damn miss the Hokkien mee there .. And the Food Republic Hokkien mee @ Suntec Convention Centre @ a freaking $4.80 for a small plate . And for the record .. its cooked by Ah Tiongs.. Praise that Ah Tiong .. or rather praise the prawnsoupstock.

As for our other local delicacies .. we are in danger of losing these nice food thanks to our foreign talented cooks who come in and start cooking our food with THEIR WAY OF LIFE. FUCK.

Call me racist ..discriminationist or whatever .. but we all have eyes to see how these FTs are slowly turning our country into Chinapore .. Just Check out Geylang , ChinaTown and all our hawker food.

You can screw around in my country .. but DUN EVER SCREW AROUND WITH MY FOOD !
