Wat the hell happened to the rules ??

How Many UNDER-16s are there in this Picture ? ANS: ALL are UNDER-16s

Dropped by Bishan's Arcade on my way home @ 1500H , was greeted by the comforting rush of the air-conditioner , and the sight of "undercovers" running around ...

"Undercover" Children ( not in School Uniform ) .. were playing on the machines , or yAkking about who had the better cars in Initial D .. Bags were carelessly strewn on the ground as the owners battled it out , tackling the sharp corners of the "racetracks"

It was chickenfeet , identifying the kiddoes & their schools , as most of them made little effort to change fully out of their uniforms .. and the school names were also quite visible . Oh Well ... @ Least I Dun See the "White-shorts nerds of Bishan" around , must be busy SWALLOWING their notes ... ( No prizes for guessing which school in Bishan has the most nerds / has white shorts) ...while their neighbourhood counterparts are kept occupied with the token-swallowing machines

Looks like the sign is just for show ....
