YES !! KUKU JIAO TEMPURA !!

Its Our Favourite Tempura and Calamari Treat everytime after we finish shopping @ WuFenpu Shopping Area !! Fantastic and Crispy Calamari and Tempura , doused with a generous dose of spiced powder ... always accompanies us on our taxi rides back to Hotel ..

SO DUN FORGET KUKU JIAO TEMPURA & CALAMARI when visiting WuFenPu.

Another worthy stall to eat from is Ah Lang's Tempura ... Fantastic and crunchy to the crisp .. also with a generous dose of Spiced powder ...

Tell Ah Lang ( or any other hawker ) " Xiao La" >Literally translated > Small Spicy for less spice or La La La !! for extra Spice ! No joke ! We learnt from the locals who go Xiao la all the way unless they wan the extra kick ...

So Where the Hell is Ah Lang's stall located ?? Like the Hell I Know ... Ah Lang runs around and pops up like little mushrooms all over Taipei ... Last I ate from his stall was 2006 ....

SO BEST BET IS STICK TO KUKU JIAO TEMPURA @ WuFenPu !!

( WuFenPu is CHeap Clothes shopping Area Mostly for Ladies ... Just Opposite SongShan Train Station .. KukuJiao Tempura is directly on the other end .. near a temple .. Good luck Searching for KukuJiao !! )
